A small abstract describing a spicy meal. Tasting new tastes and combinations of spices can be interesting, delicious and surprising.

As aroma is inextricably intertwined taste and flavour, this was my next challenge after the Fragrance series. Flavours like hot, and zingy, piquant and zesty, savory and umami are interesting to describe, and not so easy with words so I give it a try with colour. Abstract art provides freedom and possibilities both to the creator and the viewer.

This artwork is made with Unison Colour soft pastels on cotton paper and has a fine layer of Sennelier fixative as finishing a coat. It has a delicate surface and needs the protection of glass. It ships flat in a box.
