This is inspired by a landscape with a small village climbing a hilltop, my focus has been on the mood, the shadows and light. ​ ​Since I don't work from photos I have to rely on memories and its usually the mood of a place that stays with me. So this is the essence of my experience visiting the small villages on the coast of Italy a very long time ago. ​This is travelling pandemic style - through art. We can be daydreaming, reliving holidays from the past while staying safely at home.
