Artist Rise is a London based online gallery with an expert team who select and represent both new and established artists. I’m proud to be selected by this talented team and featured in their #artistrise series.

This all female initiative was unfortunatedly severely affected by uncertainty and fear of Covid 19. The exhibition had an international profile with more than 50 female artists participating, coming from all over the globe for this show to connect and network and of course show and sell their work. But because this was at the start of the corona epidemic many viewers and collectors where sceptic to take the trip and meet with us. Adding a few more days did not have the effect we all wanted, I got home just in time of the lockdown, but had to stay in quarantine for 14 days. This could have been a fantastic event, but a bit chaotic and time and place didn’t cooperate this time.

I participated with “Song of Sanguinity” that was made specially for this exhibition.
