Golden Trees is inspired by colourful autumn leaves, we have days with cool and crisp air where the fabulous colours are revealed. This is a favourite view of mine and it’s created from good memories.
This series are inspired by the beautiful places where we can admire the view of water. I live on a peninsula on the West Coast of Norway , with the Norht Sea at one side and the Fjords on the other. Majestic mountains and peaceful spots amongst trees provide shelter from rain and wind and also great views of water.
Soft pastels create a velvety and soft surface which means that the artwork needs framing, this can be provided on request. The artwork has a fine layer of fixative as finish.
